Nothingness
There is nothing I can do. I feel strapped, not so much trapped. Trust. It doesn't come easily. They say you should trust someone until they give you a reason not to, but I don't know if I agree. Sometimes our gut instincts are right on target and we should listen. Logic can't outweigh the gut. I feel sad. I feel indifferent. I feel vengeful. I feel slightly stupid.

Trust, imnsho, is a gut feeling... when you meet someone you either trust them immediately or they have to earn your trust... which is it for which person? Well it depends on how you feel about them...
So I agree or disagree... depending on the person...
either way... it's not somethig you should beat yourself up about. If someone you trusted betrayed you, odds are you're not the only one they've done that to and you won't be the last... people smarter than you and people you're smarter than most likely have been taken in and betrayed too...
btw... vengeful usually isn't the best strategy... but damn it can be fun sometimes... ;)
